I am writing because I have generally been satisfied with the platform, especially after my $3800 win, but I haven't received any responses to my emails about my winnings. This has left me disappointed to the point that I may stop playing. They owe me money and are unresponsive regarding transferring it to my bank. I've won many times without issue before.
