I have been unable to access my purchased coins due to the verification process with my bank. When I attempt to link my account, it just spins without connecting. I even submitted my statements manually, but it errors out every time. I can't help but wonder if this would occur if I hadn't made a purchase beforehand. I've emailed my statements as well, but it still shows as pending... it's been five days. This is very frustrating.
