after checking on a withdrawal for about a month the chat agent informed me it would be denied because I used cashback in between the two free chips?!?!?!? even though the free chips stated they could have a cash back amount given. i still have not been officially notified and this reasoning seems to just be another excuse not to payout the $500 won. They first said they couldn’t give through a check and asked for my BTC wallet info, only to be told about being denied weeks later with no further explanation. save your money and dont use this site!!!!!!
