First time user. Made a deposit for the 200x bonus match, "no strings". Advertised as no withdrawal restrictions and no playthrough. That was not the case, the playthrough was the bonus amount, and a minimum of $100 to withdraw. Support directly lied to me about this before I made my deposit. The funds were never pulled from my account so I requested the deposit be cancelled. My account was then closed, no explanation besides them stating its been closed and chats ended. Now they won't communicate with me at all, instead when they "review" my account, I get the same account closure message and chat ended by support. This is a total scam, the whole thing, start to finish. If my account gets charged.....I'll be filing a dispute and a police report with your support teams lovely chats as proof. The amount of money is honestly miniscule but you wasted so much of my time just looping me in circles.
