I DIDN'T WANT TO WRITE THIS, BUT I'VE BEEN WAITING ALMOST SIX WEEKS FOR MY REFUND, WHICH IS OVER A THOUSAND POUNDS. I WAS PROMISED IT AFTER 15 WORKING DAYS AT MOST. AS YOU CAN IMAGINE, THAT TIME HAS LONG PASSED. I HAVE EMAILED DAILY, BUT THEY REPEAT THE SAME EXCUSE ABOUT WAITING FOR THE PAYMENT PROVIDER. IT'S NOW WEEK SIX, AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY MONEY. I HAVE SHARED HOW THIS AFFECTS ME, BUT THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE. ALL THEY SAY IS 'YOUR MONEY IS SAFE, BE PATIENT,' EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NO CLUE. I CAN ONLY COMMUNICATE WITH THEM THROUGH ONE CHANNEL.
