Booked and paid for a taxi online that never came and never got my money back . Rang to complain and just given we dont care excuses . A few days later Pre booked a taxi for 7.05 am , at 10 past they allocate a driver ...that was 10 minutes away . 20 mins Late for work and they just say yeah we were busy , well then say that dont accept the booking and cause us to be late for work costing us money just so you can make pennies .
