I have accounts with numerous sites, and I can confidently say this platform ranks among the worst. I was promised free spins on my birthday but received far less than expected. After a long wait for support, I finally got a few spins, but the overall experience was frustrating. There are minimal bonuses and lengthy response times from customer support. Given my experience, I requested to close my account permanently. I never had a chance to redeem anything significant and would not recommend it.
