I've been playing on this site for about a week, was verified quick and customer support is immediate.just placed my first redemption so I'll report back. Never seen so many 5 star and 1 star reviews on 1 casino before so if they redeem with no problems I'm gonna question some things... CONCLUSION $$$$JUST GOT PAID. I don't know about other people's experience with this site but I just got paid in like 5 hrs AND it's my first redemption.UPDATE#2!!. Put ANOTHER redemption in at 612pm and had it in my account at 621pm. I'm not sure why people are having problems but as right now there my go to. I've made 100's in 24 hrs and started with $5. I'm telling you give them a try
