Made several purchases the day I opened my account and won a nice jackpot. Coincidentally, that same night my debit card was hacked and I had to cancel my debit card. I contacted their live chat and explained the situation and I was told to do a redemption to my bank account that the card was linked to. I did and it was denied.I contacted live chat again and explained the situation and was told to upload a bank statement in order to proceed with the redemption. They denied my documentation with the reason it was not requested even though the live agent requested it. I have all of the screenshots from the live chats.I did read the terms and conditions and it states the redemption must be made back to the original form of payment whenever possible. However, since my debit card was used for a fraudulent transaction I had to cancel it or let them drain my bank account.I have reached out to support 5 times now and I am being ignored.
