Okay so just to further add to this experience I have now since getting my money from the first redemption I did another redemption with you guys you processed it telling me that it's approved it's a real-time payment to a debit card which I have not received the funds yet my institution says that they have nothing from you guys nor is nothing is anything pending but yet your customer service agents are telling me specifically Gabriella and Brady are telling me that you guys have processed everything on your end and it's just waiting on my bank to approve it which would mean it would be an appending status if my bank my bank says they have nothing from you if this is the way you guys do business I will have no problem spending my money on other sitesSo lucky slots.us is a joke they are thieves they are stealing money from people because they offer a slots package with option to redeem the SC but when you go to redeem the SC none of the stuff connects they're so called so called redemption site is a joke every time you try to connect the bank account to it it says it's blocked it says the card that you use for purchases it tells you is is blocked and not allowed to be used for redemption so I'd really love a response from you people as to why you're stealing from people you asked me yesterday to provide extra documentation to process my redemption I did so and you still denied it you are thieves
