Terrible company.I am extremely frustrated with Lucky Slots support. After making a purchase, I was told I would receive 1 Sweeps Coin per day for 10 days. I followed the instructions exactly but received nothing.When I reached out again, support said I needed to be KYC verified, which I did, but still nothing happened. Recently, they finally “escalated” the issue and informed me that I actually need to make at least two purchases before I am eligible for the daily rewards—information that was never mentioned anywhere before.This has been a complete waste of time and money. Their communication is confusing, and it feels like they just give answers to make you stop asking. I will update my review if this is ever resolved, but right now I do not recommend this site.
