If I could leave a review without giving at least 1 star, id give negative 10 Stars! This is the most fraudulent gaming platform I've ever experienced. I cashed out my winnings & waited patiently for several days & when nothing ever deposited to my bank account I contacted them via their poor customer service chat which then they tell me they need more proof of identification so I sent that in. It took weeks for the status if that to go from pending to complete. I contacted poor customer service chat only to be lied to once again say that it was completed on their end and deposited to my back account on whatever date which was a lie and I needed to contact my bank which I did and if course, nothing! Lucky slots then said they need me to upload a copy of my Bank statement showing that they hadn't received it and I did that and I still haven't gotten my winnings! I contacted useless support via chat and they said it's been completed on their end. I keep getting the run around. I'm done begging only to be lied to. Don't waste your time playing this fraudulent scam with these unprofessional con artists. I cashed out on May 24, 2025 and as of today 7/3/2025 still don't have my winnings nor an explanation or answer!
