I verified through KYC on 7/26 and was approved. I deposited using by credit union debit card and purchase went right through. I won about $100 and requested redemption and this is when everything went to sh*t. I have provided my credit union bank statement, statement of transactions and multiple screenshots repeatedly and support is worthless. I am giving them exactly 12 more hours before I dispute the charge and report them as fraud. I will also update here with all “support” communication (if you can call it that).
