I bought a pack of orange drink and discovered a crushed bottle that was only half full. After filling out the contact form, I was promised packaging to return the bottle along with some vouchers, but nothing arrived. I followed up and was told it would be sent right away, yet again, nothing came. I filled out the complaints form once more, only to be reassured it would be sent immediately. Still nothing. I’m frustrated and feel that they do not value their customers.
