Signing up, filling forms, etc. with luggage-to-ship was handled well but the courier service was very poor.My luggage was not picked up as scheduled on Saturday morning; not picked up until Monday afternoon, 2 days later.On the delivery end, only 1 luggage piece was delivered on Tuesday , several days later than promised; the 2nd and 3 rd piece were delivered on Friday, all together 10 days later promised.It appears that the luggage-to-ship people do their part well, but the courier service that they depend on are actually not very dependable!This was an international shipment; perhaps nationwide service in US is better.
