My daughter suggested using Send My Bag and I researched a few companies and went with yours. It was a little cheaper and I was worried but I was very happy with everything. We had some delay with custom forms and her NIE photo but as soon as I emailed at any time, someone responded within a few hours and asked me or my daughter to fill out forms or whatever was needed to move the process along. It did take a little longer than I expected but I did not need the luggage in any specific time. I was very happy with the customer service we were given. It has really been a good overall experience.
