I shipped an oversized (and heavy!) suitcase from Italy to the U.S.I was extremely concerned about the drop-off process but everything worked out great and it got there one day ahead of schedule.LTS had GREAT customer service throughout -- they answered multiple questions and were very thorough about staying on the top of the process.One note for those shipping from Italy: my drop-off location was *not* a FedEx-branded store, but rather an independent store that accepts FedEx packages. They had never taken a suitcase before and didn't speak English so they were not able to assist me in any way. If I hadn't gone to a FedEx store in the U.S. ahead of time to get luggage tags and the clear adhesive label for the outside of the suitcase, I might have been in trouble.But again... all's well that ends well. Thumbs up to LTS.
