My luggage was irreparably damaged (they pulled out the handle and never pushed it back in so it got bent and torn and is unusable). When I tried to get some sort of payment for this they tried filing a claim with the carrier.Seems kinda strange to me that the company that did the damage is the one responsible for determining if the claim is valid, and lo and behold they found themselves not liable! And there's no challenging it they make one decision and that's it. I would never use this company again and would not recommend anyone else do so either, unless you want to be out hundreds of dollars having to get new luggage.
