This company lacks good customer experience, I paid for pick up, they never advised properly on what to do, for a first timer like me, I had to drive 30min to fedex company, I forgot they gave me wrong fedex address too! The Customer Service agent are almost rude! Not willing to help or go extra mile for you!I’m still expect my refund for the pickup that never happened. NEVER AGAIN will I use them! NEVER!
