Fabulous service! I used them to ship my large suitcase to France for an extended vacation there, because the reports of lost luggage on flights transiting through Heathrow had me concerned. It arrived perfectly and LuggageToShip was very prompt in responding to any questions I had about customs, etc. I was so pleased that I ended up using them to ship my bag back to the US. Even with a courier pickup from an isolated location on the French coast, in a foreign country, in a language I don't speak, it was seamless, and my bag arrived back at my home in the US ahead of the promised delivery date.
