My luggage was supposed to be picked up Saturday 9/10/22 from my hotel in Paris. As of Monday afternoon, it’s still there. Their support initially said for me to call FedEx (I never learned why.). Then I was told *I* could take it to a FedEx office myself. Then in the chat conversation, the person said, “ we will give it the best shot this time.” I’ve been reassured it will be picked up, but it’s not. In the meantime, I’m sure the hotel is quite annoyed and possibly concerned about an abandoned piece of luggage. (Ive emailed them to give permission to examine it.) Will I ever get my luggage?
