This is the second time I've used them. The first time we were relocating from the US to Italy. They did exactly as they promised. When I had questions, they answered right away both times, and our luggage showed up on time and in great shape. This time, we are back in the US on holiday and with two kids and 4 stops, we didn't feel like hauling suitcases so we shipped them to our 4th stop - where we are spending 3 weeks. This solution is affordable and the Customer service is second to none. Recommend very much! Thank you!
