Warning: Stay away from this company "Lugnut4x4.com" I ordered a diskbrake conversation kit for a Dana 60 rear axle from these guys for 498.78. Now the problem is how it was shipped, Shawn shipping very heavy parts in a flat rate box by the USPS. Here lays the problem with that the first box was delivered with the rotors, and hardware. but the parts were so heavy that it destroyed the box. And when I called Shawn at lugnut 4x4 he stated it happens, I told him it was packed in a heavy duty box this would not happen. He stated that the second package with arrive within a couple of days, well it did and the box was a flat rate box or what was left of it. Pictures below! I called Shawn again and again I got the same excuse it happens, I said twice in a row that is just poor choice of boxes and poor packaging period. The second box was not hardy a box anymore due to damage. I told Shawn that I was going repackage the parts up and ship them back due to 3 reasons which are stated 1. Poor packaging 2. Poor customer service (negative 10) 3. Parts are all made in China and are junk and parts were missing. Shawn is a internet company of him and three other people and there is phone number on the website to call. His excuse was that this is internet company. After trying to talking to him on the phone stating how unhappy I was with the broken and missing parts and the poor packaging I was told that happens and then hung the phone up. I am 67 and I would never treat my customers like that period.
