Despite their "five business day guarantee," Lukachari still lists my almost month-old order as "processing." They have not responded to any emails to the supprt -at-lukachari.com address. They have sent me two review requests to talk about how much I love the shirt I never received. Now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company. What a pain. They flood my social media accounts with ads, but are a total failure when it comes to simple customer service. They might have a great product, but they're a disaster.
