My friends and I pre-ordered hoodies two years ago, and it took 13-14 weeks instead of the promised few weeks. Support was unhelpful, and we were just glad to receive the hoodies. While I like their clothes, this experience has prevented me from ordering again. The hoodie quality was also lacking. I'm unsure if they've improved their delivery times, but I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them.
