Coaching is a great business.However, TRAINING coaches ... is an even better business ... especially if you have the Gift of The Gab!'Free' Coach Training programs all use a certain degree of 'hard sell'. Well, of course they do. But none quite as blatantly, as Luke.The constant 'over-the-top' hype delivers one dopamine hit after and other ... firmly aimed at the most most vulnerable. participants.One quite disturbing theme firmly implanted in willing minds, is that 'debt is good ... if it gives you a return in the long-run'.Therefore, Luke is more than happy for you to go into debt to buy his overpriced courses ... because of all the money you'll make as a coach. Yeh, sure. Sounds good in theory. Can't afford it right now ... no problem ... just sign here!However, while there's loads of yap, there is very little real substance. Sure there's a little decent content here and there to lure yo in ... but no real structure to follow ... no techniques ... no solid plan for a coaching session, or indeed, business.But, there IS dancing: certainly a classic technique to get your targets, I mean, audience, hyped up and ready to flash those credit cards ... or take out a (large) loan! Well, works for Evangelists after all.Of course Luke doesn't need the money ... he's flush from all coach programs he's managed to flog. He just does this to help others. (Well of course he does.)I've been through a couple of these types of 'trainings' ... some which were actually quite good.However, this one really does seem like the total 'Coach Training Con' ... and sadly, many buy into it hook line and sinker. There's also the claim that it's Australia's Number One 'Coach Training Program'. Er, no. Definitely not.
