I purchased this product with the understanding that it was a one-time transaction to evaluate its effectiveness. At no point did the website indicate that I would be enrolled in a subscription for three monthly deliveries. Consequently, I was charged $181, and despite my attempts to reach out via email, I have not received any response. I have taken the step of reporting the website to the ACCC for further investigation.
