Day 7 update: I’ve received responses directing me to an email that only sends automated replies. They keep extending the time frame without resolution. I’ve received emails confirming the voucher was sent, yet it hasn’t arrived. I’ve even responded with proof of earlier communications. Most importantly, the voucher is still missing. This has caused a lot of stress during a difficult time, and I just want the voucher I paid for. Day 2: No reply, no refund, no voucher. This feels like a scam.
