Avoid. Extremely poor quality and shocking customer service.I owned a pair of Lululemon chinos that split at the corner of the back pockets in under 18 months. Those pockets were never used — this was clearly a manufacturing fault and sub-standard stitching, not wear and tear.Lululemon’s so-called “Quality Promise” is essentially a 1-year warranty, nothing more. That’s the sort of cover you’d expect from a cheap high-street brand, not a premium company charging inflated prices and marketing their products as “high quality”. It absolutely fails basic UK consumer rights standards, especially given the cost and the claims they make.Unsurprisingly, Lululemon refused any refund or replacement, so it looks like I’ll have to pursue yet another retailer through UK small claims just to get them to follow the law.Overall: poor construction, poor durability, and appalling service. Strongly recommend avoiding this brand.Update: Will be raising to Small Claims
