Purchased a pair of Groove leggings and the matching align top from the Lululemon x Peloton collection. The pants were incredibly long. I don’t live close to a Lululemon store, so I couldn’t have them tailored by Lululemon. I was given the option to use a tailor local to me for the alterations and Lululemon would reimburse! That in itself was amazing! Sadly, my local tailor messed up the alterations 😭😞 Lululemon, we’re so good… They refunded me the tailoring costs and refunded me the pants themselves allowing me to buy a new pair! There was questions asked, I just provided my receipts/proof of purchase and so on! The turn around time was so quick! Super efficient! It’s my first time shopping with Lululemon, you really do get what you pay for, great products, amazing customer service! I couldn’t recommend them enough! You’ve gained a customer for life!The only negative I have on Lululemon is the size conversion from US to UK! Wish the UK site was just UK sizing, it would make things so much easier!
