Recently purchased a 5 Year Basic T-Shirts multi-pack from Lululemon, but unfortunately found one of the tees to be defective. Contacted their customer service and was impressed with their quick and efficient handling of the situation. They agreed to a partial refund within a few days, demonstrating great customer care and responsibility. Overall, a positive experience despite the initial hiccup.
