was charged 3 times and they now refuse to cancel 1 of the orders ... This is a FRAUDULENT way to do business! What a pity, because the product is nice, but I won't ever buy again ... YOU LOST A CUSTOMER NOW, BY BEING DISHONEST!
When I asked my bank how this happened - they place a token on your first order which tracks your bank details!!

Further to this - their reply below - I emailed CS the very moment the 1 order number came through - they had plenty of time not to send the order out - I was advised that it was too late cancel it - another way they support their scam and trick you into the purchase.
