I was delivered a faulty unit, after numerous back and forth emails, sending umpteen videos I was told I could post it back to Canada at my cost and also pay a 15% restock fee which I refused to do. I was then told I had been given wrong instructions for use and send more videos, they finally admitted it was faulty and they would arrange a refund. From then on I have had generic emails saying sorry we are dealing with it. I gave them ample opportunity to make things right, which they have not. Luckily I paid with my credit card so my bank have stepped in. AVOID
