Do not buy!!!I ordered this heat pack for my labrador but when it was delivered by Yodel it was thrown on the doorstep which is directly onto the main street and it was not there when I returned home. I contacted Lumapet who said I needed to contact Yodel to start and investigation. After nearly an hour of trying so get through to them they said as it was an "unaccompanied delivery" Lumapet would need to raise it. I emailed them on the 23rd and twice since but have had no response.I contacted them with a query before purchase and they answered that the same day. They obviously dont care about customers after they have made a sale! Disgraceful service!
