So I originally got this for my german shepherd who has hip dysplasia and it was working really good for like 2 weeks but then it just stopped turning on. I was pretty bummed cause he was already moving better. I emailed customer service and they sent me a replacement completely free no questions asked which was awesome. The new one has been working perfectly for over a month now and my boy is doing so much better. Way less limping and he can actually go up the stairs again without struggling. Really appreciate how they handled it and the product definately works for his hips
