I'm really struggling to express how upset I am. I purchased a hosting package for $50 to fulfill my dream of having my own host, but the service is incredibly disappointing. I paid for 2TB of space, but the server provided was only 1TB, and it was malfunctioning to the point where I couldn't even install the operating system. After just one day, it stopped working as if it was unplugged. I've repeatedly asked what happened but have been ignored and received no response. I also paid for a domain and haven't received it yet. I'm worried I might have been scammed, and I'm very disappointed. I hope to receive what I paid for, but for now, I'm quite frustrated.
