Order# 13671 I purchased a product advertised as a “Korean Hair Growth Soap,” and I now believe the company may be operating dishonestly. I placed my order a couple of weeks ago and received the package on 26 January. Unfortunately, the condition of the product and its packaging was extremely disappointing. The soap arrived wrapped in what appeared to be ordinary kitchen cling film, with a poorly printed label attached. The outer packaging was also torn and damaged upon arrival. There was no essential product information included—no manufacturing date, no ingredients list, no country of origin—none of the basic details one would expect when paying nearly £45 for soaps.I contacted the company’s customer service immediately to request a return, but I have not received any clear or helpful response. As a Korean consumer, I also conducted my own research, given that the company markets this as a Korean cosmetic product. However, I was unable to find any information about the brand or the manufacturer on Korean websites, which raises further concerns about its legitimacy.Lumeor CS Team, I am still awaiting an update on my return request. Please respond to my email promptly. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Council.
