Update order was finally delivered on 14th January - so I have improved the review score. But there has been no rely to any of the emails or messages I sent about this product and delayed deliver from Lumeor Beauty at all to me directly despite multiple messages. Ordered on 19th December to be delivered to address in Aberdeen to use over Christmas break. Had never arrived and tracking says it has to be collected on DO Mastrick DO. But order was clearly for delivery to an address in Aberdeen Scotland. Sent two messages about this via contact form to the sellers on website asking for refund . And a further email - No reply to any message from this company - so zero customer service apart from taking my money! The response to this review on Trust Pilot by the company says having checked their records they can't find any customer with my details. Looking through the reviews this seems to be a standard reply to customers complaining they have not received the order like me. Also the name I use on Trust pilot is not my full name or email address I used to order the product. I have tracking info that shows the item requesting for pick up at Mastrich DO, wherever that is when the item was bought to be delivered to the address I supplied. I have messages from Royal Mail with the tracking info that states they have been unable to deliver it ( and it shows it at Mastrich DO. ). I have submitted messages via the contact form to Lumeor Beauty and by emailing to the email address on the website the last time being on Thursday 8th January at 9.32am - there has been no reply to any of these. I have the evidence on my phone to show the emails and tracking info and lack of any response to my emails/ queries submitted on the web contact form .Pretty much giving up on a reply.
