Scam. Do not trust this app. Lumi explicitly advertises that customers’ subscription fees are converted into shopping credit. Once I had paid and was in the app, it became clear they do not ship to Switzerland and you cannot shop anything. I contacted Lumi within the first hours. They acknowledge that they cannot provide the service, (“coming in 12 months…”) yet refuse to refund my annual subscription fee. Lumi states this is a “personal issue” if I am not liking the service. Beware!!
