I purchased the trial period but no information was provided. I emailed support and no response. They continuously charged me 49.99 a month even though there is not a membership featured on their site for 49.99. When I finally got in touch with “customer care” I requested a refund and they refused. They referred me to their “money back policy” which stated you should contact them within 24hrs of the trial. I contacted them within the hour. They are responsive, they just refuse to refund your money or acknowledge they are not in compliance with their own policies!
