The tone was polite but dismissive, and responsibility was pushed back onto obscure T&Cs.This feels like a classic paywall trap: you must pay to see what you’re buying, and once you realise it’s poor quality, you’re told that dissatisfaction isn’t a valid reason for a refund.I’ve now had to escalate the matter through PayPal.I would strongly caution others before signing up.
