No nudges, no updates, nothing — just silent billing.When I contacted customer service, they cited their refund policy and refused to return my money, claiming my situation fell under “personal or financial reasons.” But this isn’t about personal reasons — this is about lack of transparency and failure to communicate basic billing reminders. Customers should not be charged month after month without any outreach or notice.To make matters worse, Lumi told me the problem might be because their service doesn’t fully work on Android, but this limitation was never disclosed before taking my payment. That means I was paying for a service I could not reasonably access.At this point, Lumi has collected $119.97 from me ($19.99 + two $49.99 charges) without delivering what was promised, without reminder emails, and without transparency.
