Absolutely shocking, I didn’t know I was signing up to a subscription. Realised when I was on my maternity leave that a load of money was going missing from my account. I then realised I had paid over £400 to this service which I hadn’t used. I reached out to customer service and they were only able to give me one refunded payment back. Despite not even being able to delivery to the UK so my balance is completely useless plus you can’t use your full balance on a transaction it can only go partially towards a purchase. Absolute scam do not get! Really unhappy So I reached out to customer service again and still the same response. No refund. No IK shipping. Absolutely useless!
