Buyer Beware - Opted to do the $17.95 membership to try the app. While browsing, I didn’t realize that opening the guide would cost $29.95. There was no communication of the charge on the site. Also, was charged $19.95 again for a 2nd membership. A few days later, came across the extra charges on my credit card. I did contact customer service, and this particular agent indicated that they couldn’t refund the charges, not even the 2nd membership, for my own financial reasons???? I was willing to accept the $17.95 trial period but not the other fraudulent charges. But they would credit my account for any clothing purchase. I didn't find the app to be what I was looking for, so the credit was not what I was looking for. I also asked to cancel moving forward, as I did not know it was a monthly membership, which he did. For both memberships!!! I had to dispute the 2nd membership charge with the credit card and was immediately refunded, but LUMI replied that I had authorized the purchase of the Guide. Which wasn't the case. So PayPal wouldn’t refund me. Note: I received an email from another Customer Service Agent a few days after my review, who was obviously made aware of my dissatisfaction and apologized, refunding all three charges to make it right. That was very much appreciated.
