I submitted the survey and never received a curated outfit recommendation as indicated in the subscription details.The styling journey tour is stuck on day one of the planner. Today is day 3. Day 2 and 3 are locked and not able to be opened. I asked for a refund since their website is broken. This is simular to buying a salad but not getting any lettuce, just a receipt and a menu to buy other food. Almost every link on their site has an additional charge. They said "personal reasons" or "financial reasons" are not valid refund reasons.
