I have not been able to log in via the website and when I try to reset password the site tells me something is wrong and never sends the reset email. The app is also not available for my device type.I feel that this is a scam especially because it is not published anywhere that you would be taking $64.99 from my account. And without communicating with me at all. No one has reached out via email, nor SMS since I signed up for the service.
