I ordered a chess set on November 29th, and I'm still waiting for it. I have no idea where my order is. When I email for updates, I only get told that 'it's moving through the delivery process.' This is the worst shipping experience I've ever had. I'm doubtful the chess set will arrive in time for Christmas. I recommend ordering at least eight weeks ahead if you need items by a specific date.
