I ordered a chess set on November 29th, and I'm still waiting. I have no idea where it is. When I email for updates, they always say it's 'moving through the delivery process.' This is the worst shipping experience I've ever had. I'm worried it won't arrive before Christmas. Based on this experience, I recommend ordering at least eight weeks in advance for special occasions. I can't comment on the quality since it hasn't arrived yet.
