I've sent countless emails and gone back and forth. They sent me a used wand with white paper crammed inside. No charger in the box. It hasn’t worked even once! Clearly used and broken! The response I received is a blatant lie. I was told to send a video or picture. I don’t know how to send a video, so I sent a picture instead. I've repeatedly sent the email linked to my order and the order number for that specific wand. It was purchased through you.
