This note is in response to the comments provided by Lumi to my earlier 1 star.This company has lied in their reply. They did. It offer to call to assist with the charging of the remote. They provided written instructions which were followed. The product is not reliable. I also did not refuse a phone call which was to discuss reimbursement of postage and duty as I’m in Canada I was unable to speak to them and request communication via email as I was travelling to Europe different time zone. They said they would refund the product cost and now they are rescinding even though the faulty product was retuned via ups exactly as a received. Do not buy from this company. They do not stand by their refund policy. This company is not trust worthy.
